These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Tooki. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this document.

Activities generated by Tooki use artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) and are automatically created based on the child's profile. It is important to understand:

Tooki may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. When using these integrations:
Tooki is not responsible for failures, outages, or changes in third-party services that may affect app functionality.
All content within the Tooki application — including the brand, logo, design, text, source code, and features — is the property of Tooki and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated activities for personal use within the app may be freely used by the user for the purposes intended by the service. No part of the application may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written authorization from Tooki.
Tooki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that the results obtained from its use will meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tooki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Tooki's total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD $20.00, whichever is greater.
You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings or by sending a request to contato@tookiapp.com. After cancellation, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Tooki may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or activities that harm other users or the platform, without prior notice in serious cases.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms come into effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
